The virtual world now offers the opportunity to process and prepare closings without the added expense of salary and benefits and additional office space requirements. For a flat fee on each file or a flat fee for a specific service we can help you get the transaction closed. We do not provide legal advice and we do not engage in the practice of law. We are a support services program that is specifically designed to keep overhead costs low and maximize time management.
